We take pride in producing our sea moss gel daily to ensure freshness. Please allow a 1-day delivery window (excluding weekends) for your order.

Important: Orders placed after 7AM on FRIDAY will be shipped on the following Monday.

Rest assured that your order will be dispatched by trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and DPD, providing a fully tracked and swift delivery service.

Before confirming your order, please double-check the accuracy of the shipping address. Should any errors occur, kindly inform us immediately.

Please note that once an order has been posted, we are unable to make any amendments.

Upon shipment, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days. In case your order does not arrive within 3 days, please contact us promptly.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, ensure that someone is available to receive your order. It is not recommended to change the delivery status (e.g., delivery to a neighbor or changing the delivery date) after your item has been shipped. We cannot guarantee that our couriers will accommodate such requests, and we cannot take responsibility or issue refunds for missed deliveries.

Important: Due to the perishable nature of our products, it is crucial to provide the correct shipping address. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer has the option to have the order resent or refunded. A re-delivery fee of £4.99 will apply. This fee also applies to orders returned due to the recipient being unavailable for delivery.

In case your order arrives damaged with broken glass, please refrain from attempting to handle the glass. Our transparent bubble wrap packaging allows easy identification of any damage. If your order is damaged, please take a picture and discard it immediately. Please avoid handling broken glass.
