Important: Orders placed after 7AM on FRIDAY will be shipped on the following Monday.

Upon shipment, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days. In case your order does not arrive within 3 days, please contact us promptly.

It is not recommended to change the delivery status (e.g., delivery to a neighbor or changing the delivery date) after your item has been shipped. We cannot guarantee that our couriers will accommodate such requests, and we cannot take responsibility or issue refunds for missed deliveries.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer has the option to have the order resent or refunded.
